The safety of volunteers, as well as the vulnerable people we serve in our community, is a high priority. Most Community Impact serving opportunities require volunteers to have a current (2 years or less) Volunteer Application and Background Check on file with The Compass Church. In addition to completing the necessary paperwork, we recommend volunteers attend the Discover Community Impact Training.
