The Compass Church seeks to serve the Church around the world through CompassGlobal. We support national church planters, sending agencies, indigenous organizations, and missionaries.

We support over 40 field workers, representing over 25 sending agencies, influencing over 35 countries.


  • We support over 65 indigenous church planters in Nepal, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Tibetan Mountain Region, and Myanmar.
  • We support over 25 church planters in Bhutan; Kolkata, India; and a limited-access nation in Central Asia.

  • Germany: Support church planting in the cities of Potsdam, Cottbus, and Rostock. These cities are in former East Germany and the most difficult to reach.
  • Belgium: Support church planting in the cities of Brussels and Nivelle working with French, Farsi, and Flemish-speaking churches.
  • Moldova: Support the work of Kishinev Bible Church including KBC Ministries, Moldova Bible Seminary, and outreach and church planting efforts within Moldova and Central Asia.

  • Venezuela
